Switch Tempranillo has been crafted in Central Spain, in the beautiful region of Tierra de Castilla. Hand-picked and selected bunches of wonderful ripe Tempranillo(100% Tempranillo variety) are used for this stunning wine. Some parcels are picked from vines that are over 50 years old, adding further intensity and complex layers to the finished wine. The wine itself is full of sweet summer fruit flavours, with a touch of cherry, typical of the Tempranillo grape variety. The taste profile is luscious sweet with summer dard fruits, soft, approachable and lush. It is a wine that complements many dishes esp local meat, seafood dishes and sweet puddings.
